Heather: I visited some lesser known places in Syria which I intend to write about and got to see just about all the major sights and towns in Lebanon. I usually find that the mezze offered a choice whereas the main course dishes tended to be repetitive. But not at Beit Sissi, they excelled in every respect. If you ever get the chance to try kabab bil karaz made with cherries, I strongly recommend it.
