Heather: I visited some lesser known places in Syria which I intend to write about and got to see just about all the major sights and towns in Lebanon. I usually find that the mezze offered a choice whereas the main course dishes tended to be repetitive. But not at Beit Sissi, they excelled in every respect. If you ever get the chance to try kabab bi karaz made with cherries, I strongly recommend it.

Daniel: You sum it up perfectly. It was a fabulous experience, one I would like to repeat. My only regret was that I didn't take photographs of any of the food.

I wish I'd had time to go on from Lebanon to Syria - you must have done the full tour. Did get a bit fed up of Meze after Meze though, however good they were. Sounds like this place had a bit more variety.
