Views of Paris from the Institut du Monde Arabe

When you visit the Institut du Monde Arabe, don’t miss out on a free view of Paris. Take the glass lift to the 9th floor and you’ll be treated to panoramic views over the Seine.

From the open terrace, you can enjoy a sweeping view which includes Notre-Dame de Paris, Ile-de-la-Cité, Ile-St-Louis as well as the top of Centre Pompidou and the column of the Bastille. Or you can simply marvel at the rooftops that are so quintessentially Paris.

  4. Wow, these shots are beautiful! What views you were able to
capture & also the colors on the trees are fabulous – and
all so clear! Well, now I have another destination to add to my
Paris list – Institut du Monde Arabe…merci!

    • The autumn colours were definitely a bonus. It was very cold up there and I couldn’t stay very long, but long enough to get a few shots :)
