When it comes to choosing a hotel in Dubai, we were given the best advice. “Get one with a nice swimming pool. You’re going to need it.” Although I rarely use a hotel pool during a city stay, the dry desert heat of Dubai needs a cool respite after a day of shopping and sightseeing.
Taking the advice on board, we went a step further. Le Meridien Mina Seyahi is a resort-style hotel located along the prestigious Jumeirah strip, just 35 minutes from Dubai airport. In addition to a swimming pool, it has a private sandy beach.

We stayed at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina on a 4 night stopover in Dubai on the way to Europe. The hotel facilities, the level of service and hospitality were all exemplary.
Much like our stay at Le Meridien Bora Bora and to an extent Le Meridien Papeete, we did not want to leave. Le Meridien Mina Seyahi remains a highlight of a most enjoyable stay in Dubai.

Just a different world! I’ve seen so many photos of the hotels in Dubai and it’s amazing the levels they go to in providing hospitality. I’m not sure I could deal with it all! 🙂

The best way is to leave yourself in their hands. Nothing is ever a problem there and they’re happy to be of service 🙂
Looks beautiful – the view from your room is gorgeous & know I would try to take advantage of the pool & private beach as well – tres lux 🙂
Stunning, isn’t it! Of course, due to the heat, you can’t sit on the balcony and enjoy the view but you can see it every time you turn. The beach was a haven! Swimming in the warm/hot water is an experience I’ll never forget 🙂
Wow! What a wonderful trip you had. 🙂 It is my dream to go to Dubai one day. I’ve heard such great things from my brother who has traveled there for business. 🙂
We loved our stay in Dubai and are keen to return to see more of it. Breaking the long haul flight to Europe is something we will do from now on, and Dubai is a good location to spend a few days 🙂
love the bathtub big enough for two – and the canapes look tasty. When i was in Dubai, i stayed with a friend…but this makes me want to splurge on a hotel visit for my next stay!
Having that beach at your doorstep is well worth it. Mind you, I wouldn’t say no to staying with friends if I can spend more time and money there!
Wow, very fancy and top notch food! Looks like a good place to be spoiled! 🙂
Absolutely. And taking up the Royal Club offer made it even more worthwhile!
