BarShow Week 2011 Highlights
Sydney BarShow Week is an industry event for the business of bars with exhibitors showcasing their products and services. Various events are held over four days, including theatres for Mixology, Talks and Tastings, The Vodka Theatre and Whiskies of the World. BarShow Week, which ran from 10 to 14 September 2011, is also home to the Australian Bartender of the Year competition and Bar Awards.
During the course of the week, Gourmantic was invited to several events which we will be presenting over the next few days. Below are highlights which will be expanded in future articles.
