Distilled in Scotland, in mini-scale batches of only 450 litres at a time, it is the only gin made in a combination of a Carter-Head and copper pot-still, making it a smooth gin with a fine balance of subtle flavours.

Red velvet drapes, a grandfather clock, a bathtub of Henrick’s Gin, and even a microscope for the Doctor and a rocking chair for Grandma have undoubtedly put Dr Humphrey SixWivs & Mrs Isabella Folornicate well at ease in these elegant surrounds.

The Refined Courtship Clinic was situated in temporary premises at 316 Victoria Street, Darlinghurst and was open to the public in the afternoons from Friday, 10th of February until Sunday, 12th of February 2012.
