Style Seekers ‘Revolutionary Minds’ Photography Exhibition

Urban Walkabout is launching their premier Style Seekers publication to coincide with the opening of their photography exhibition ‘Revolutionary Minds’.

The exhibition celebrates Sydney trendsetters – Style Setters – and reveals how they have captivated and influenced Sydney’s urban lifestyles in fashion, design, food and art.

The selection of style setters includes Nahji Chu of Miss Chu, the owners of Grasshopper Bar (Martin O’Sullivan & John Toubia), the founders of Sydney Picnic Co (Natalie & Simon Johnson), and other personalites such as Dion Lee, fashion designer Gary Bigeni, lighting and jewellery designer Cinnamon Lee, Sydney Festival Director Lieven Bertels, the owners of The Standard Store (Nicola & Orlando Reindorf), design duo known as We Are Handsome (Indhra Chagoury and Jeremy Somers), stylist Sibella Court, Artistic Director of Belvoir Theatre Ralph Myers and Gaffa Gallery’s very own Initiative Director, Kelly Robson.

Each style setter is portrayed and styled to represent their individual public persona.

The exhibition is located at the Gaffa Gallery, 281 Clarence Street, Sydney and runs from Tuesday, 14th November to 26th November 2012.

Gourmantic attended the launch event on Wednesday 14 November 2012.
