Brown Brothers Hidden Vineyard

Pull me. Drink me. Eat me. These are the instructions you receive when you visit the Hidden Vineyard.

Over four nights, a part of Milawa will reside in Sydney as Brown Brothers celebrate Prosecco time at a secret pop-up bar in Surry Hills.

Enter the Prosecco Pod with overhanging vines, and the dimly-lit space glows with scenes from the town of Milawa in Victoria. Pull on a swing tag (Pull me) hanging from the roof and a picninc basket will drop down. Inside you’ll find a number of flutes into which Brown Brothers Prosecco is served (Drink me), and a plate of Milawa Ceridwen ashed goat cheese, King River Gold and Milawa white cheese. Sit on a picnic rug beneath the vines and enjoy a Milawa experience in the heart of Sydney.
