Coast Roof Top Bar and Moët Ice Imperial have opened a new a pop-up champagne bar with sparkling views over Darling Harbour.

Located on the waterfront terrace of Coast Restaurant, the venue is the ideal spot for sipping champagne at sunset and grazing on a selection of elegant and shared plates on balmy summer nights.

Moët Ice Imperial is the first champagne created specifically to be enjoyed on ice. The champagne has a fruity bouquet and is served in a wine glass with strawberry and mint that heighten its freshness and aromatic style. Refreshing, fruity without being overly sweet, Moët Ice Imperial has an easy drinking style that is perfect for summer.

If champagne isn’t your favourite tipple, the bar also serves local and imported beer, cider and cocktails including favourites such as the Paloma ($15), Aviation ($16) and the Negroni ($16).

Coast Roof Top Pop-Up Bar is open until March 10th, 2013. With its chilled environment, harbour views, lounge music and fireworks over Darling Harbour on the weekend, this latest pop-up venue is set to become a Sydney hotspot this summer.

Getting there from the CBD: Walk down Market St towards Darling Harbour. Go over the walkway until you see the monorail station on your right. Take the escalators down one level and you’ll see Coast and Roof Top Bar to your left.
