After following the enigmatic Mr X Sydney on Twitter and spotting Xs around Sydney, the big reveal is announced. ArgyleXChange is a month-long feast of food, wine and drinks at the Rocks with Saké Restaurant & Bar, The Cut Bar & Grill, Ananas Bar & Brasserie and The Argyle’s five unique bars.

El Loco at Slip Inn

After the success of El Loco at the House, the pop up Mexican cantina has moved to the courtyard of the Slip Inn in the CBD. Expect a Mexican fiesta with signature tacos, hot dogs and margaritas . 111 Sussex St, Sydney CBD

Drambuie Pop-up Bar

Drambuie Bar is taking over the newly refurbished cocktail lounge at the Pullman Hyde Park in Sydney with a tasting of Drambuie and the Rusty Licker, a gelato created by Gelato Messina. Runs from Wednesday 27 February to Sunday 3 March 2013.

Toko Cocktail
Lychee and Jasmine Mojito

For a light cocktail to start a meal, try the cool and refreshing Lychee and Jasmine Mojito at Toko, or the Cointreau Poodle at theloft, a Parched March cocktail that supports charity. Newcomer bar, Black Penny serves a good Wrath cocktail with tequila, Cointreau ginger and chilli. And if you’re in the mood for a vodka martini, try your hand at making a Jalapeno Martini with the devil’s 666 Vodka from Tasmania.
