Located across the road from Barrel Bar & Dining, the new look Minskys attempts to tread a line between a pub and a bar. A contemporary makeover with dark timbers, clean lines, chequered black and white tiles and a vertical faux garden give the venue a slick look while the the gaming corner look and television screens positioned around the room seem at odds with the decor.

The bar boasts a selection of bottled beer and ales on tap, a comprehensive wine list and accessible cocktails put together by industry expert, Jason Crawley. The selection of spirits includes a solid whisky list spanning single malts and blends from Scotland, Ireland, North America and Japan.

New chef, Robert Oey (ex Est.) heads the kitchen with a menu that offers pub grub such as school prawns, mini pork rolls on a brioche bun, steak and burgers until 1 am.

The venue has retained its iconic Piano Man who performs on weekends to complement the late night food and beverage experience.
