Feast Restaurant at Sheraton on the Park is celebrating its first Christmas during the month of July, in the finest of style, with a wonderfully tempting array of all Christmas favourites and flavours from around the globe.
Selection of Bread, Cheese and Dips
Awe-inspiring Christmas décor, lighting and table setting add charm through a variety of spaces from open to the private dining rooms, and the panoramic view of the magnificent Hyde Park and the city in the background.

Heading up the Feast Restaurant is internationally acclaimed Executive Chef David Watson with appointments in luxury hotels such as the Raffles Hotel in Singapore, The Dorchester Hotel in London and various Michelin-star restaurants in Europe.
Meat Platter, Grand Marnier Platter
Watson together with his team of chefs from different countries has developed an innovative menu for the Sheraton on the Park new culinary concept including the Conservatory Bar and The Gallery Tea Lounge.
Seafood Bar
The generous food offering is divided into four sections, and the beeline starts at the impressive seafood bar. Fresh oysters, prawns, crabs, Balmain bugs, smoked salmon, mussels vinaigrette, salmon sushi and Japanese roll futomaki are offered with a choice of spicy tomato sauce, cocktail sauce, soy sauce with chilli and onions as condiments.
Quinoa and Vegetables, Lamb Chops with Hollandaise & Confit Onions
A delectable salad bar includes baby octopus, spicy beetroot, pumpkin-avocado-spinach, Grand Marnier meat platter, squid fennel salad and Thai chicken mince salad along with selection of sauces, breads and cheese.
Roast Turkey
A comprehensive hot food offering from the carvery style – open kitchen includes, the savoury selection of traditional Christmas turkey, roast ham, beef and Yorkshire pudding. The standby chef can also make your favourite pizza on demand.

The scrumptious dessert section must be seen to be believed. The selection covers the traditional, as well as local and global favourites.
Swedish Profiteroles
You’ll find crème brulee, fruit mince pies, Swedish profiteroles, black sticky rice, fruit trifle, mango passion cake, chocolate yule log, lamingtons, lemon tart, sago pudding, rhubarb and apple crumble and Christmas pudding.
Christmas in July at Feast
The Christmas in July buffet at Feast runs daily throughout this month. Lunch is served daily from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm for $75 per guest from Monday to Saturday and $85 on Sunday. Dinner is served daily from 6:00pm to 10:30pm for $85 per guest from Sunday to Thursday and $99 on Friday and Saturday. An extensive wine and a la carte menu are also available.
