Vine wine bar and dining room has opened in Double Bay, a new venture between Gavin Douchkov and Manny Karson with Mikee Collins as General Manager.

The venue brings a modern and sophisticated menu with a curated list of over 50 wines that focuses on boutique wineries as well as organic and biodynamic styles as well as cocktails.
Chef Drew Bolton leads the kitchen and brings his experiences from Thomas Keller’s French Laundry in California, Darley’s at Lillianfells in the Blue Mountains and Quay restaurant. The food ranges from bar snacks through to substantial share dishes.
