Leading the Coogee Pavilion Rooftop kitchen is Executive Chef, Jordan Toft with food offerings such as charcoal-grilled meats and seafood kissed by smoke, fresh and punchy sides. The drinks menu focuses on summertime cocktails and pitchers with fresh fruit to be shared. Read our food review of Coogee Pavilion Rooftop here.

The rooftop bar’s design ranges from overflowing greenery to mismatched Moroccan tiles, chairs covered in sketches of exotic birds and tables painted by local artist Mayriel Luke. Moreover, each of the four bars will have its own aesthetics.

Pop in after a swim or sip on cocktails as the sun goes down.

Coogee Pavilion Rooftop Bar opens 30 December 2014.
