Belly Bao Sydney

Belly Bao serves up Gua Bao, a Taiwanese street food that is braised pork belly in a soft taco-shaped steamed bun. Belly Bao has expanded on this and with the likes of soft shell crab and crispy tofu available, all served with homemade pickles and sauces. There is also Belly Bao chicken available served either crunchy, sticky or spicy.

Harpoon Harry at the renamed Hotel Harry offers a couple of Latin inspired places to eat. Downstairs there is Barbacoa doing slow-cooked meats with latin spices. The Paladar Dining Room explores a range of South American flavours, who can say no to a suckling pig. Cuban themed cocktails, South American wines and beers are available to accompany your meal.
