Acting Executive Chef Eric Koh heads the kitchen and the menu includes the popular Baked Pork Buns, sweet-salty barbecued porks bun filled with sauce , the Steamed Egg Cake, Vermicelli Roll with Pig’s Liver and Pan-Fried Carrot Cake.

Former Four Seasons Hong Kong dim sum chef Chef Mak Kwai Pui founded Tim Ho Wan and has since earned a Michelin star at each of its three Hong Kong outlets.

In keeping with their other venues around the world, seating at Tim Ho Wan will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sydney can expect more outlets to open in Burwood in the third quarter of 2015 and a flagship store in the CBD in late 2015.
