Start with an entrée sampler plate which includes confit duck croquette, wild mushroom tartlet and king crab as she sips on Champagne Laurent-Perrier Brut ($95 bottle & $20 a glass). Choose a main from grilled high country pork cutlet, pan fried barramundi fillet or piperade risotto, and finish with a dessert plate of passionfruit tart, caramel parfait and dark chocolate macaron with orange curd.
