Walsh Bay Kitchen has opened in Walsh Bay bringing a new dining experience to Sydney’s Arts District.

Located at Roslyn Packer Theatre in Walsh Bay, the sleek venue in dark tones and accented warm lighting invites only pre and post show dining and is set to become a dining destination along the Hickson Road strip.

The menu by Head Chef, Kay Hwang brings Australian fare, with an Asian twist. Expect dishes such as seared scallops, almond butter, squid ink, finger lime or wagyu flat iron, salsa verde and creamy potato or Jasmine tea smoked duck breast, parsnip, Korean BBQ sauce as the house specialty.

You’ll also find a bar where you can enjoy a selection of wines, house cocktails along with a port, sherry and digestives list.

Walsh Bay Kitchen is the latest venture by Trippas White Group. The venue is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Friday, dinner from 5pm on Saturday and for matinee performances, and on Sunday as per performance schedule.
