Brigade Dining, Woollahra

The Light Brigade Hotel in Woollahra has revamped its dining with the launch of its  level two restaurant, Brigade Dining.

The restaurant occupies the site of La Scala on Jersey and the venue has also undergone a complete makeover and given a new signature logo to reflect this new direction.

Chef Marco Adler brings contemporary cuisine with bold flavours and a dining experience that remains casual but with more premium dining offering than The Light Brigade Hotel’s new pub menu.

Brigade Dining’s menu is a fusion of ingredients. Think Maltagliati with King Prawns; succulent, slow-cooked Lamb Rump; and Raspberry and Passionfruit Crème with Meringue Drops Pavlova.

Brigade Dining’s opening hours include lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday, and Sunday brunch.
