Fishbowl Poke Bar, Bondi Beach

Sydney is getting a taste of LA food culture with the recent opening of Fishbowl Poke Bar at Pacific Bondi Beach.

Fishbowl Poke Bar

The concept behind Fishbowl Poke is to deconstruct the sushi roll into a salad. You simply grab a bowl and build your own sushi salad from the various flavour combinations on offer. You have the choice of a shallow bowl ($12.90) or a deep bowl ($17.90). Start with the base be it rice, quinoa, buckwheat or vermicelli, add salmon, tuna or kingfish sashimi or tofu, select from a choice of vegetables, add your sauce and finish with a garnish such as wasabi peas and nori.

Fishbowl Poke is located at Pacific Bondi Beach, a new building located opposite Bondi Beach with QT boutique hotel apartments. It’s open daily from 11 am so pop in for lunch, dinner or a late-night snack
