Vine Double Bay is launching The Garden, a greenhouse-inspired bar in tune with executive chef Drew Bolton’s new organic direction.

The Garden @ Vine Double Bay

The original Vine entrance has been transformed into an al fresco setting with high bar tables, cushioned seats, and lush green hedging ideal for enjoying light refreshments under the sun. With hanging planters, potted greens and a plant library, the new look also includes generous lounges with an earthy hue along with floral cushions and wicker seating.

A gin and vodka based drinks list by mixologist Jason Crawley is based on seasonal fruits and aromatics aligned with the garden scene. You’ll also find a classic range of beer, wine and spirits to enjoy with bar bites that include chef Drew Bolton’s farm-to-table ethos.
