Rooftop Intercontinental Double Bay

The Rooftop bar at the Intercontinental Double Bay has reopened for summer and the good news is, it is open to the public and hotel guests alike with no minimum spend.

The drinks list is summer inspired with a selection of fruit-driven Spritzers ($19) to tempt. Think Lemon, Thyme and Rosemary with vodka and Lillet Blanc, or a mix of Pink Grapefruit and Blood Orange. Cocktails ($19) are kept light with white spirits such as gin and vodka and you’ll also find vodka and tequila based Frosé ($19) along with a selection of vintage and non vintage champagne.

The food includes a Small Bites menu with Pacific Oysters, La Boqueria Charcuterie and Salmon Gravlax as well as a selection of dishes from Sake Restaurant.

Rooftop is open to guests and visitors from 12pm daily until one hour after sunset.
