Bondi Hardware Relaunches with a New Look for 5th Birthday

After a takeover by sister venue SoCal in Neutral Bay, Bondi Hardware is back with a fresh new look.

The venue channels a “converted-lux-warehouse-retreat-feel” with whites interspersed with lush greenery and warm Moroccan textiles while it retains the classic old building vibe.

The menu by Group Executive Chef Kasper Christiansen includes new dishes and reworked old favourites. Think Spiced tuna poke with avocado, coconut quinoa & puffed buckwheat with corn chips; Hardware crispy lamb salad with hummus, feta, couscous, pear & mint yogurt and Jerk chicken & black rice with tomato sugo, snow peas, coriander & lime labna. A SoCal influence remains with SoCal Baja fish taco, pineapple salsa, ancho chilli sour cream.
