Jimmy Grants to Open in Sydney Central Plaza

Sydney’s first Jimmy Grants souvlaki bar is set to open in Sydney Central Plaza on Wednesday 18th October.

Jimmy Grants Sydney

Jimmy Grants, the venue by MAdE Establishment and chef George Calombaris takes inspiration from Australia’s immigrant culture, delivering food experiences for people on the go. The menu includes souvas filled with tender meat alongside crunchy chips as they’re made in Greece. Jimmy Grants’ signature souva, Mr Papadopoulos, includes slow-roasted lamb, mustard aioli, chips, onions and parsley while Homer brings together falafels, Greek yoghurt and Hellenic slaw.

The menu includes share plates with a choice of succulent lamb or chicken, fresh salads and grains, and a selection of desserts such as choc-topoulos with vanilla baklava and salted caramel. MAdE recently launched its own organic soda range ‘Tricycle’, which is also available.

Jimmy Grants is set to open at Sydney Central Plaza on Wednesday 18th October with a Newtown venue soon to follow.
