Burrow Bar is turning two years old and you’re invited to celebrate.
On Monday 4 December 2017, Burrow Bar in Sydney’s Mestre Place will be celebrating its second birthday with a party that will bring together the Burrow Family, bartenders who have become friends and have in turn become family. You can expect Jonathan Carr (Door Knock), Lachie Beange (Archie Rose), Alex Gilmore (Tio’s) and Julius Yates (Earl’s Juke Joint) behind the bar and with the Tiki loving duo, Mitch Wilson and Tom Bulmer, you can be assured a pineapple will be flamed.
It’ll be the last chance you’ll get to see the bar as you know it as a refurbishment will take place soon after the birthday, to coincide with an “evolution into the next era of Burrow Bar”. It will also be the night they announce the appointment of their new venue manager, Robby Miersch (ex Eau de Vie and Bennelong).
Ahead Burrow Bar’s 2nd birthday, the team will be running a drinks list that will hint at the new era of Burrow and its evolution, a menu designed to push the team technically and creatively.
