Duck In Duck Out World Square

Duck In Duck Out is a casual eatery by Phil Davenport and Manu Feildel. Following the success of their Surry Hills pop-up which launched in April 2017, the duo have moved the concept to World Square.

The menu at Duck In Duck Out World Square includes favourites from the pop-up as well as an expanded menu with Asian flavours – all centred around confit duck.

The Burgers have expanded to include Seoul Duck with confit duck, kimchi, dried tofu and toasted sesame dressing. The Salads go by the way of Vietnam with Nam Duck, confit duck with Vietnamese coleslaw, nouc cham dressing and herbs, and Japan with Drake of Tokyo, with confit duck with kimchi, spring onion, pickled ginger, mint and coriander. Vegetarians can opt for crispy mushroom and tofu croquette.

Other favourites include the Ducking Hot Sausage, the Quack Cigar, a spiced duck spring roll, tempura crispy duck drumettes and a whole lot of Fukdat Potatoes cooked in delicious duck fat.

Duck In Duck Out is licensed and you can enjoy your duck with beer and cider from Sydney Brewery.
