The time has come to unplug and hang up the “gone fishing” sign for the year.

2017 has flown by and the highlights have been incredible at times. Gourmantic turned 8 years old in June and we celebrated by going back to our origins and hosting an elaborate dinner in our home where 8 esteemed guests enjoyed 8 courses paired with 8 beverages. We made our own gin for the occasion with Ironbark Distillery, and redesigned the Gourmantic website later in the year. Cocktails & Bars turned two years old in August and continues to go strong.

The time has come for some R&R. Gourmantic will be taking a break from Friday 15 December 2017 and returning on Monday 29 January 2018. There will be no updates during that period. Meanwhile, Cocktails & Bars will be auto updating with new content so check it out for summer drink inspiration.

We’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all happiness and good times during the Christmas and New Year break and look forward to welcoming you back in 2018.
