Sydney Brewery Surry Hills has opened its doors as the new home of the popular craft beer and cider.

Sydney Brewery Surry Hills has opened on the corner of Albion and Mary Streets on the former site of Bar Surry Hills & Italian Kitchen. The new home for the popular craft beer and cider range is the first location in the harbour city for Sydney Brewery, serving up local beers such as Albion Ale (brewed on site), Surry Hills Pils and Darlo Dark.

Exposed brick, raw concrete, naked timber and lush greenery give Sydney Brewery Surry Hills a polished, urban edge. A new beer-led food menu has been designed to seamlessly pair with the beers on tap. Expect a take on pub dining classics with signature dishes championing the craft beers brewed on-site.

Dishes include, Slow Cooked Beef Ribs in Sticky Porter BBQ Sauce; Paddo Pale bratwurst with Sydney Cider red cabbage and garlic mash; and the Sydney Cider mussel pot with aioli and crusty bread. Share a growler and a plate with a mate along with larger dishes like Chorizo Dog with pepper relish and salsa verde, and the Shake n Bake chicken tender with chipotle aioli.

Live music will have DJs hitting the decks across the weekend and a rotating weekly roster of local bands. synonymous with the inherent connection to community entrenched in this popular Surry Hills locale.

With the recent opening of Brix Distillers in Surry Hills and now Sydney Brewery, the inner city suburb is set for exciting new offerings.
