Seedlip, the world’s first non-alcoholic spirit brand is teaming up with Gelato Messina to bring a one-off collaboration of carefully curated dishes and drinks.
Messina’s own Creative Department will be creating an entire sensory dining experience in conjunction with Seedlip at their intimate Darlinghurst restaurant.
Following from their NoLo pop up around the world, Seedlip has created the world’s first non-alcoholic spirit which will be served throughout the 8-course degustation. For this one-off event, Seedlip has curated a special menu to accompany each of the eight courses. They describe it as bordering on dessert but it’s very much a meal.
The Seedlip X Messina collaboration will run for three nights from Friday 30th November to Sunday 2nd December. Members of the public will be able to purchase tickets here.
