Hunter & Barrel, Cockle Bay Wharf

Hunter & Barrel is set to open in Sydney’s Cockle Bay Wharf and promises to bring a vibrant bar and restaurant concept with a focus on world-class meat, produce and craft drinks.

The food menu takes inspiration by The Hunter and offers meat, poultry and seafood dishes such as slow roasted beef rib and pork belly cooked over a signature coal with a  broad selection of roasted vegetables and seasonal salads. The Barrel offers boutique wines on tap, craft beers, barrel-aged cocktails and fat-washed spirits.

Hunter & Barrel’s at Cockle Bay Wharf opens to the public in early October.
