ABSOLUT CARAFE Cocktails: A Taste of Summer

Summer may have forgotten about Sydney this year but there’s no reason to start drinking hot toddies and mulled wine. The ABSOLUT CARAFE Collective brings eight carafe-style cocktails with flavour profiles that include the fruity, the tropical and the spicy.


Using five popular ABSOLUT vodka varieties, CITRON, PEARS, APEACH, RASPBERRI, BERRI AÇAÍ, eight cocktails from the collection can be made at home or tried at select venues around Australia.

ABSOLUT Berri Good Times (ABSOLUT Acai, red wine, ginger ale, orange juice, cranberry juice, blueberries)
ABSOLUT Bloody (ABSOLUT/ABSOLUT MODE vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt & pepper)
ABSOLUT Cosmo (ABSOLUT Citron, orange liqueur, cranberry juice and orange wheels)
ABSOLUT Iced Tea (ABSOLUT Citron, Limoncello, iced tea, orange and lemon wheels)
ABSOLUT Midnight Sun (ABSOLUT Peach, Malibu, orange juice, cranberry juice, blueberries and orange wheels)
ABSOLUT Pish Posh (ABSOLUT Pears, chamomile syrup, cloudy apple juice, fresh mint and lemon wedges)
ABSOLUT Raspberri Ripple (ABSOLUT Raspberri, ginger beer, raspberries and lime wheels)
ABSOLUT South Side (ABSOLUT vodka, elderflower cordial, lemon juice, soda water, fresh wild mint or seasonal fruit)

Each carafe contains 4-5 standard drinks and is recommended to be shared between 4 people. Sydney can enjoy them at  Ruby Rabbit in Darlinghurst and The Bucket List at Bondi Beach. Other select outlets in Australia are Boutique (VIC),  Cloudland & Jupiters  Casino (QLD),  Rooftop, Rocket Bar & The Semaphore Palais (SA) and The  Garden, The Leederville Hotel Leederville (WA).
