What to Drink
Hot summer nights call for an icy cold one, and we’re enjoying the crisp, fresh flavour of Byron Bay Brewing Pale Lager, a beer that was only available on tap at the brewery and now comes in 6 packs. Good with BBQs and lazy pizza nights.
Another refreshing drink for summer is Ricard, the aniseed-flavoured spirit diluted in chilled water and served with ice. Nothing like enjoying a pastis to remind you of the south of France. Santé!
