The Paddington by Merivale, Paddington

After the recent opening of J&M whisky bar, Merivale is set to open The Paddington later this month.

The Paddington by Merivale

Formerly known as The Paddington Arms, The Paddington is located along Oxford Street and in the centre of a busy strip. Expect a rotisserie style menu by Executive Chef Ben Greeno, classic-based cocktails by ex Palmer and Co.’s Sam Egerton and Toby Marshall and a wine list curated by Franck Moreau and Adrian Filiuta.

Custom-made French rotisseries will take centre stage at the pub bringing dishes such as lamb rump with red pepper and almonds; wagyu beef with artichokes, pickled mustard seeds and watercress; whole fish stuffed with olives, lemon and thyme; and roast chicken with French fries. Small plates will include octopus, potato, confit tomato and black olives; smoked trout with English muffin and duck egg; spelt, roast cabbage, kombu and prawns; and Parmesan custard with sprouted pulses.
