Romeo’s Fine Food Opens in St Peters

Romeo’s Fine Food has opened in St Peters Sydney, providing premium quality Australian produce to restaurants and businesses across the country.

Romeo’s Fine Food

Founded by Master Charcutier Romeo Baudouin, an expert in the art of charcuterie with over twenty-seven years’ experience including Victor Churchill, he brings his signature style to his new venture. Romeo has translated his French talents to create a diversified range of handcrafted products using traditional techniques that feature seasonal ingredients and quality livestock from Australia’s leading producers.

Romeo’s Fine Food

Pick up homemade products such as sausages and confits, rillettes, pâtés and terrines and enjoy these traditional creations with a fresh approach. Romeo’s philosophy is to utilise every cut of pork from snout to tail which delivers a unique and exceptional flavour. He will also be expanding into other French products like pâté en croûte, fromage de tête and jambon persillé amongst others.
