Aside from tasting dishes from some of the best Sydney restaurants and keeping hydrated at the various bars at Taste of Sydney, there were other exhibitors to visit and discover their offerings.

Think buffalo mozzarella, truffle salami, jamon Serrano and Carasau, thin bread from Sardinia with a glass of wine to enjoy at Taste of Sydney.
A visit to the Salt Meats Cheese store is a must where they launched a meat room in December 2012 with a Himalayan pink salt bar. Delizioso!

Huon salmon with za’atar
Whether it’s pan frying it and finishing it with za’atar spice mix from Sami’s Kitchen, or crumbling the hot smoked salmon over pasta with heirloom tomatoes, the fish is delicious and retains its fresh flavour.
