Australia’s Top 100 Restaurants 2017

Australia’s Top 100 Restaurants 2017 were announced last night at a gala event held at The Star, Sydney. Brae was awarded the number one post of 2017, with chef/owner Dan Hunter also taking out Australia’s Top Chef award.

Now in its third year, The Australian Financial Review Australia’s Top Restaurants is the only national restaurant awards program of its kind decided by the votes of the chefs and restaurateurs.

Every year, Good Food Guide editors compile a list of the top 500 restaurants in Australia then each restaurant votes for 10 of their peers on the list, resulting in the annual rankings of Australia’s Top 100 Restaurants.
